Mud Creek Trail

The much hyped "winter storm warning" with predicted accumulation of up to 6 inches, which is a rarity in Arkansas, eventuated in a mere 1 inch snowfall, all of which was melted by 11 am, so we drove to the mall area and hiked about 5 miles on the paved Mud Creek Trail, fearing the dirt paths in the forests would be quagmires from the rainfall and snow melt. We came upon the funky bridge...

... and this equally puzzling sign. (Duh! Did they really need to post these at every underpass on the trail?)
