Today we drove 450 miles through the beautiful rolling hills and pine forests of northern Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia, enjoying the short-sleeve 75 degree weather. We drove no interstates today, but rather 4 lane highways, and had little traffic in most areas.
I understand Chicago is being clobbered by another snowstorm of up to 12" in depth. Add that to the 11" from last week, and you'll enjoy the cross country skiing and snowshoeing, Dave and Patti, and Len and Marlene. We'll be enjoying biking in shorts and t-shirts when we reach Florida tomorrow. Check back for pictures of the bike trails we tour.
