Included with your room is a Time Saver Pass to Dollywood which gets you into shows and onto rides in front of guests not staying at the resort. You also can ride a shuttle to and from the park, saving time and parking fees. You also get exclusive entry via a special entrance, and if you purchase anything at the park, it will be delivered to your resort room. The wi-fi at the resort is excellent and of course free, as is parking at the hotel.
Six stories tall and sitting atop a hill, the building dominates the area. The landscaping is exquisite, every employee smiles at and welcomes every guest they encounter, and I think this place rivals Disney as the happiest place on Earth.
I was on the sixth floor (no, they didn't call it a penthouse room) and the top four floors are the rooms. Level two is the lobby level and also has the store, snack area, concierge services, etc. Level one has the fabulous buffet restaurant, the spa, and other amenities.
