Addition to post: Today (Wednesday) we arrived safely back at Ellen's and we are receiving a warm welcome from M&M, whose sole human contact this last 5 weeks has been Lauren's daily visits.

Heading back North!
We drove 600+ miles today and lost nearly 40 degrees in temperature! WHY are we heading back north??? The last 4 weeks we've pedaled over 250 miles on 14 different bike trails and paddled 75 miles on 9 Florida rivers -- mostly in shorts and t-shirts. Why are we heading back north??? Anyway, tomorrow we should arrive back in Fayetteville with high hopes that warm weather will settle there for the 4 weeks before heading back to Wauconda. See y'all soon!
