Lollygaging at Lakewood

The mid-forties temperatures dissuaded us from biking today, so instead we cruised some of the back trails at Lakewood Forest Preserve and bushwacked and explored a few new areas. Some of the trees still boast of their Fall splendor...


... and the water features. though a bit low in quantity, still enchant the eyes.


The only thing missing today was wildlife sightings, but perhaps next time...
