Really? Population of one and it gets a sign?

I've been to all 50 states at least once, and I've driven to every state (except Hawaii, of course) but I have never seen a sign like this before.

(An Internet search led me to believe it was either Buford, Nebraska, or Buford, Utah. I am dubious Nebraska has any place that is 8000 feet in altitude, but it could be Utah.)
