Condo cleanout

For today's adventure, we met Linda at Mom's condo today. Despite the slowdown in the real estate market, Mom's place sold a few days ago (after 2 months on the market) in a cash deal which closes in 10 days, so we had to do the final packing of personal items and cleaning of the unit for the upcoming walk-through/closing. Linda and Ellen worked feverishly and efficiently sorting unneeded items for the trash or to be saved and then packing boxes...

... and I made a dozen trips down the elevator, transporting 15+ boxes and loose items to our 2 cars and lots of filled trash bags to the dumpsters, resulting in a spotless condo...

Now we have to unpack or store the boxes and take donations to Goodwill. Mom is relieved to have the sale and will be resting even better after the closing is successfully completed.
