Biking the McHenry Prairie Trail

Another 25 miles biking today, this time between Crystal Lake and McHenry, including the roller coaster hills of Veteran's Acres and Sterne's Woods.

Above, Dave and Patti bike alongside fields, a Christmas tree farm, and a sod farm, and below, Patti crests the highest of the roller coaster hills.

Below, a few shots for you who are railfans like my son, Scott -- 2 track maintenance cars we saw today.
